This guy is awesome. He always returns calls and is a workaholic. He does a good job and is very organized. He must be good if he does Judicial sales and revenue properties. He knows the city as he has been a resident for 38 years! I highly recommend!

Tim is one of the most knowledgeable, experienced, kind, patient and understanding Realtor I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He genuinely cares about his clients and his Career. He jumps all Hoops to get the sale. Tim sold my condo when I was told over and over again it wouldn't be possible. I can honestly say I have nothing bad to say about this guy. He loves what he does and it shows! I've used him over and over and he's made me lots of money in the last few years as I am investor. I see that he's the top 10 in his company, it really does show why! He's knowledgable, easy to talk to and no pressure at all! My wife even wants to set him up with my daughter. LOL!
