I can honestly say I have nothing bad to say about this guy. He loves what he does and it shows! I've used him over and over and he's made me lots of money in the last few years as I am investor. I see that he's the top 10 in his company, it really does show why! He's knowledgable, easy to talk to and no pressure at all! My wife even wants to set him up with my daughter. LOL!

Tim was great and we would recommend him to anyone! He helped purchase our first home, he was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy at all, and super fast to respond to any questions and quickly sent the paperwork we needed. He was very patient with us, if you're looking for someone to help you find a home he’s your guy!

Met Tim at an open house in Mayland Calgary! He was so knowledgable, I decided to use him. AND boy I made money on a down market! I would recommend him to all my good friends and family. He uses all types of technology and knows his stuff!

Someone is a hater.....That's probably because that person is upset his or her agent couldnt deliver and was on the other end of the transaction. In fact I am positive. Don't be fooled. He had an awesome presentation and we had an excellent experience. He made it so easy!

This guy is awesome. He always returns calls and is a workaholic. He does a good job and is very organized. He must be good if he does Judicial sales and revenue properties. He knows the city as he has been a resident for 38 years! I highly recommend!

Tim is one of the most knowledgeable, experienced, kind, patient and understanding Realtor I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He genuinely cares about his clients and his Career. He jumps all Hoops to get the sale. Tim sold my condo when I was told over and over again it wouldn't be possible.
