Someone is a hater.....That's probably because that person is upset his or her agent couldnt deliver and was on the other end of the transaction. In fact I am positive. Don't be fooled. He had an awesome presentation and we had an excellent experience. He made it so easy!

He brought me 4 offers on my multifamily building when no other agent could bring one.? He worked hard and did a great job! Not what I expected and he looks so young.

This guy is awesome. He always returns calls and is a workaholic. He does a good job and is very organized. He must be good if he does Judicial sales and revenue properties. He knows the city as he has been a resident for 38 years! I highly recommend!

Tim is one of the most knowledgeable, experienced, kind, patient and understanding Realtor I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He genuinely cares about his clients and his Career. He jumps all Hoops to get the sale. Tim sold my condo when I was told over and over again it wouldn't be possible. Tim is a go-getter and always very fast to respond to any questions, inquiries, text or phone calls. Tim will always be my realtor!! Thank you for making my dreams come true Tim

I can honestly say I have nothing bad to say about this guy. He loves what he does and it shows! I've used him over and over and he's made me lots of money in the last few years as I am investor. I see that he's the top 10 in his company, it really does show why! He's knowledgable, easy to talk to and no pressure at all! My wife even wants to set him up with my daughter. LOL!

Met Tim at an open house in Mayland Calgary! He was so knowledgable, I decided to use him. AND boy I made money on a down market! I would recommend him to all my good friends and family. He uses all types of technology and knows his stuff!
